It's cute, but not compatible with consoles

I got it to play on my PS5, but it ended up being incompatible, so I had to return it. It is a Bluetooth headset and Bluetooth devices are not supported by consoles. I could connect it to my phone via Bluetooth though and it worked fine. Other than that, it's the most adorable and cute looking headset. The ears and sides are glowing and the material feels really nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Daughter loves it.

My daughter got these for Christmas. Her first gamijg headset and she loves the look and how comfotable they are. She only had cheaper headphones before this and these are noticably more sturdy. Microphone us clear and sound is of good quality. Even better...the headphones went on sale for boxing day and Best Buy honoured the discount.

FOR PHONES, NOT FOR PC GAMING

Got these headphones to replace my cheap Amazon MPOW Headset that had just broke, thinking "Hey, these are cute, I have seen tons of people wear these playing games and streaming" but little did I know that the BT specific version of the Razer Kraken Kitty Edition IS ACTUALLY MEANT FOR PHONES.
I had done tons of research 3 days consistently before coming to buy them, hearing off and on 5 star and 1 star responses, and I definitely should have looked up more 1 star reviews over this product, but I bought them anyways.
On first opening the box, the presentation was beautiful. The boxing was set very nicely and everything was very beautifully packaged. Took out the headphones, they looked absolutely beautiful.
Then I put them on and the problems started..
The tension on the headset was near unbearable at first. They were crushing my head! I took them off and had to stretch them out for a good 5 minutes before they weren't completely crushing my skull (which they still ended up very pressurized on my head during my 1 day use of them)
Turned em on, they sounded pretty ok, except they sounded like I was trying to read the sound, as if the sound was in front of me and not covering the full speakers. Ended up downloading the Razor app that apparently you HAVE to have downloaded if you want to change anything. Turning on the base boosting option within the app helped, and gave a much better sound, and the gaming mode helped with the audio not being as delayed as some headphones (still a bit of delay but noticeably different.
You must also download the RGB app just to turn off the RGB so the battery doesn't drain so badly (didn't experience the headphones enough to have them die though). Not really a problem though, as this IS a phone headset so you should have a phone.
Then I tried them on my pc...
First, I connected them. I remembered that I saw a review that said when they were in a discord call, everything else would shut off and all you could hear was discord (I am on discord 24/7 so this was a very important problem I needed to test out).
I paired them to Bluetooth which wasn't horrible, connected pretty fast for Bluetooth, turned on some music and hopped into a discord call....the Spotify stopped...thought "hey, maybe its just a Spotify thing, im sure I could just listen to youtube instead...no audio on any other application than discord..
I thought again, "Hey maybe its just a discord thing. I need these for streaming so might as well try them with OBS"...setting the headphone mic (which was needed for when I stream VR related games) shut off all other audio INCLUDING THE GAMES I WAS TRYING TO STREAM.
It ended up being either 1. I use the headset only as headphones, the audio was decent enough to use everyday and I use a hyper x quadcast anyways, just would have to use my Rift S mic, or 2. listen to either no audio, or really REALLY horrible audio and be able to use the mic, which was not worth it.
(I will mention here in case anyone comes here trying just to use the headset. you need to go to control panel - hardware and sound - devices and printers, razer kraken bt kitty edition - services, and click on HANDSFREE TELEPHONY and click apply to be able to hear your discord/obs and everything else, though it will disable the mic unless you click it again and restart your computer)
I ended up returning it NOT EVEN 24 HOURS AFTER I BOUGHT THEM WITH A 3 YEAR GEEK SQUAD PLAN.
PLEASE, DO NOT BUY THESE THINKING THEY WILL BE A GOOD REPLACEMENT FOR YOUR OLD CHEAP PC HEADSETS!!! THESE HEADPHONES ARE REALLY ONLY FOR PHONES! I just picked up a Logitech G535 instead, 100% better for near same price, way more comfy, and the mic works way better, though is not Bluetooth.

Not for pc gaming

If your intent with these headphones are to use for pc gaming, then do not get them!! When using discord and gaming, it will only allow you to hear discord and nothing of the game. Also for the price of these headphones they have horrible sound quality, audio was choppy and robotic. I ended up buying the razer kitty edition with wired USB and there was a significant improvement in the quality.

I can’t be on Discord with my friend and be in a game. As soon as my game open it goes on my laptop microphone.

Serious headache

So I bought these cause they're cute, they have good sound and all, the app was pretty simple for the phone, but for the PC they want you to download like 4 apps, kinda annoying but whatever. At first I was a little concerned due to no rotation in the speaker ear muff part. So it ended up pressing against my temples. So after wearing these for like a week, I was realizing that I kept getting a headache. And it got worse and worse, so I ended up having to go back to my older Corsair headset where I've never had these issues.

Cute, but NOT WORTH IT

They're cute and the sound quality is fine IF you use the right channel but even then the second channel is horrible. Mine would not stayed charged, even when I powered them off after use, they would be dead next boot up. If you manage to split the same channel for multiple audio outputs they cut out the others. The battery life is awful, you might get two hours out of them at best. Overall I wish I never bought these. Will be going with the Blackshark for sure now.

Comfortable, Cute, Cuts out too much

I love cats and the headphones are adorable, sound and comfort is great, mic sounds nice too. Absolute most annoying issue ever, if something is "too loud" the headphones disconnect and reconnect. Sometimes right after another. The USB slots at the back of my PC work best compared to the ones on top, still disconnects, just less.
