Great performance in both Work meetings and FPS Games. I work in IT Sec and this headset is used for long periods of time a day. It does not hurt my ears.
Unfortunately, the earcups ave started to fall apart after 6 month of use.

I like the fact I can pull out the mic to different positions. The weight of headset is comfortable, and I have had no issues wearing headset for long period of time.
