[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't work well with a Xbox One. You can't use the portion of the headset to mute, use the equalizer or 7.1. That requires a USB connection and won't work on the Xbox One.

The USB cable with the 7.1 and EQ buttons heats up. It then generates loud noise our of the headset. The cables must then be disconnected to let it cool down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
