No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a decent headset. Does what it needs to do. I have bought many headsets, so I have a lot to compare to and I feel like it just falls short.
It's Heavy, hot, bulky, and the settings changing piece could be a little better. The 3 modes could have words such as "gaming" "music" so you know what mode it is in.
The positives, it's solid, decent quality and the design is nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
