Backlit lights stopped to work after a year

backlit lights no longer works, this keyboard used to turn light in the key, but that functionality stopped, now I really struggling to type

This keyboard is great for playing games and also pleasant to type on and not as loud as a mechanical board. It also has a pretty impressive heft to it, so it does not slide around one's desk.
