Complements:
The backpack feels solid and well made. The zippers, though angled strangely are nice. The bottom has a rubbery texture so you're safe to place it on the ground. I've had no problems comfort wise regarding the straps. The cover flap has two clips on each side and a magnet in the middle to hold it down.

Complaints:
The big pocket under the flap is a perfect fit for my 17" Legion. It is slightly lifted from the bottom to i feel like my laptop is safe there, but the sides are up against it so there is less padding/leeway on the side. The inside is spacious but kinda awkward on the pocket placement. The front pockets are still too stiff for me to place things in.

I like it. Would i buy the same backpack again? Probably not because mine will last me long enough to not need one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this backpack for a few months now and it has held up well. Occasionally I wish it had slightly more space but honestly it's holds everything I actually need and more. Only negative I can think of is I wish it had a spot for a bottle/cup on both sides. It's comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time (just over 3 hours is the longest I've worn it loaded up).
