My only complaints in the short time I've had them is that there the laptop area could use more padding as there is basically not that much there. The back could also be a little bigger. I just put a headphone and a charger in it and it's basically full. Not much space left for books if you need to put some in it as well.

Inside pouches and separators are roomy and deep so your stuff dont jingle out. The laptop slots are the perfect fit for my Legion without allowing movement when on your back.
