Leaking Junk With No Warranty

This junk leaked and overflowed the drip tray. It ruined our countertop and floor.
In order to get a refund, Curtis International (Maytag and Fridgidaire) wants a video of it leaking.
I refused to reconnect it to the plumbing in my home, they will not give me a refund. Absolute foolishness, and a complete dodge tactic to avoid honoring warranties.
