Installation is terrible

I've never had such a terrible experience. I'm extremely technically litterate but my god the tabs peel off and the the image on the steps are a little different. Don't recommend and yeah bubbles, edges don't seem to be a flush attach will see in a day

Had to Throw Away

Unfortunately this was an extremely disappointing product. I actually had to take it off and throw it away. I have never had issues installing a screen protector before (ones half the cost of this one). This one was just impossible. Just like another reviewer, bubbles....so many bubbles that were impossible to get out. Even when installed, finger prints became very visible. Ended up being a very expensive mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately, our warranty doesn't cover lost, stolen, or intentionally discarded products, but if you still have the screen protector in your possession then we can definitely help you out!

Difficult install

As many others have said, this was one of the hardest screen protectors I’ve ever installed. I bought this one because I love the screen on my iPhone, but this was clunky to install. Lots of air bubbles that I can’t get out. Wish I would have gone with a cheaper product that would have given me the same results.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I finally got around to putting it on my grandson's iPad. The instructions were fairly decent. It would really be a nice touch to have the alcohol pad and fiber cloth in the package. The bubble issue, I found a fiber cloth but it did not work well. Hopefully I will get the rest of the bubbles out at some point.

Not good!

The screen cracked within one month after putting this on my sons iPad. We took it to apple and their diagnostic came back and confirmed that it had not been dropped. Very poor quality. Very disappointing.

If not a drop, was there potentially some type of pressure situation or a direct hit from something to the face of the device? In and of itself, an Otter screen protector/case combo wouldn't cause a touchscreen to crack.
