Excellent Bread Making Bowl by KitchenAid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this KitchenAid Bread Bowl and it makes it super easy to make homemade bread at home. Because you are able to mix all of the ingredients, proof the bread and bake the bread in the same bowl, you will use a lot less kitchen ware as well. I highly recommend buying this bowl for your bread making needs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this bowl because I have been delving into the wide world of baking and saw that it had decent reviews. I was surprised to see that it would lock onto my countertop mixer and could help my automate a lot of kneading. I haven't done much tinkering with my recipes yet, but this seems to be great for any dough that need to be worked. The lid that comes with it is great for proofing the dough during the rise. I'll definitely be tweaking some of my recipes and playing with this bowl a lot over the holidays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mix in it and Bake in it!! Amazing quality as expected from Kitchen Aid, I am loving this bowl. Fits perfectly on my Kitchen Aid mixer. Mix all your ingredients, proof and bake all in the same bowl. My family loves the fresh baked artisan bread coupled with olive oil and array of spices. Truly restaurant quality and I am so happy with this bowl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The creative and lovely KitchenAid Bread Bowl and Baking Lid is making bread fun, exciting, enjoyable and baking so easy for me to mix and knead the bread in the Bread Bowl and use on my 4.5/ 5 quart tilt-head KitchenAid Stand Mixer afterward when the dough is right to be placed into the oven the baking lid should be used on top of the bowl. I can slice the bread directly on the lid after it's finish baking and cooling. The Bread Bowl can be used, placed and safe in the freezer, microwave, dishwasher also oven safe to 500°F. I’ll be making a lot of bread for the holiday season this year.

I purchased this from another seller because it is always out of stock on the KitchenAid website. So far I have made three different kinds of gluten free bread and they have all been perfect! The Bread Bowl is a "Must-Have" for all bread makers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bread bowl with baking lid is definitely not something you HAVE TO have, but it’s really cool. I use my kitchen aid mixer often, but hadn’t used it much for bread until I got this attachment. It’s easy to use and the final product turns out great. It’s nice that you can make the bread AND bake it in the same bowl- fewer dishes to clean!

A Nice Bowl and Baker Set

My son ga e me this bowl as a gift. I like the aspect of mixing and proofing in the same bowl. It is easy and quick. I can warm the bowl by letting g it stand with warm water in it , and it holds warmth well. For those who are complaining that their loaf stuck when using it for baking, I am sure that they were using their own recipe, and trying to make too large a loaf. The Kitchen Aid recipes only use about 270g flour, and many recipe use 500 or more. This is not a large vessel, and you can’t exceed its capacity and expect good results. It does a good job baking the quantities it was designed for. I enjoy this bowl and lid a great deal!
