Good product, just not suitable for my use case.

I bought this product to use taking notes in a restaurant kitchen. It worked for one erasing then after the second erasing no writing will adhere to the pages. I have tried all the troubleshooting and cleaning tips. Never used any chemicals just the microfiber towel with hot water, and once with a little dish soap.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This pocket-sized notebook is so handy. Also, I love the way the pen writes and fits in the hand. The ink flows smoothly as well. Let the ink dry 10-15 seconds and then it won’t smudge. All the pages in this mini notebook are the same. (I also have the Rocketbook planner, which has various types of pages.) This also comes with a mini cloth for wiping the pages clean. Just add a little water. For erasing smaller portions, you can just use the eraser tip on the pen. The app is easy to use, but you don’t have to use it. It’s just for backing up pages from your notebook, so you can erase and yet have a digital copy.

I love this little guy. I keep it with my SteamDeck to make video game notes. I love that I don't feel wasteful with numerous little pads. I also love that rocketbook pages are thicker, so it takes a little beating on my couch and hasn't been damaged at all, even by handsy cats!
