Absolutely love it!

I am a "techy" person, but I also love the option of writing something with pen and paper. I have tried other options to bridge the gap between these two things and, up to this point, have not found anything that I liked. Everything felt cumbersome or glitchy.
While shopping for back to school supplies with my daughter, I happened upon the Rocketbook Core. I read about it, read the reviews and, based on the very affordable price, decided to go for it. I'm so glad I did! I love everything about it. It works exactly as promised! Mine came with a pen with a lid and I was able to get additional Pilot Frixion pens in a style I preferred. Love that it doesn't require a specific pen.
I set up Dropbox files for all the different things I need and that was it. It's that simple! Highly recommend it.

The Perfect Gift for the Busy Minimalist

I've had multiple side-hustles and jobs for a while...I teach graduate students, and do contract work for two different entities. I love what (and ALL that) I do, but constantly struggled to manage having three separate notebooks, three separate files, etc., to keep everything organized. It was a lot of paper that got lost, incorrectly filed, forgotten about, wrinkled, etc. And I didn't love that I was having to keep three separate notebooks, three separate files laying around to store everything in. Enter: The Rocketbook. It was gifted to me by a coworker, and I instantly fell in love with it. It immediately solved the problem of having to keep multiple hardcopy files around, because I would be able to take notes, scan them, and designate which folder in a Google Drive (for example) I wanted them to go. They automatically went where they needed to be and I didn't have to worry about papers getting misplaced or ripped. I also love that this is a reusable notebook - I don't have to spend money on stacks of legal pads anymore... I write my notes, the ink dries, I scan it, and then I can erase it. This might sound dramatic or over-the-top, but this really is the only notebook I'll ever really need. The pen glides smoothly across the pages, which makes for a good writing experience. I've also purchased additional pens in different colors, which has also added to the enjoyment of taking hand-written notes (for me, anyway).
One critique is that you do need to wait for the ink to dry before flipping a page (or else it will smudge). So you can't just take notes, and immediately flip a page and keep going (like you would with a paper notebook or legal pad). However, when I know I may be walking into a meeting where I'll need multiple sheets, I'll just open the notebook to a section where I have a clean/free left and right page, so the Rocketbook can stay open as I move to the adjacent page, allowing the ink to dry. This has been a sufficient fix for me, and I don't see it as being a huge hurdle. Still love the Rocketbook, regardless of this one critique. :)

Utterly, Fantastic! I use it everyday

I received this as a gift in 2020 for school and I haven't stopped using it since. It works flawlessly with my google drive and OneDrive. Even if I leave it marked up for months, like I did over the summer, they wipe off perfectly well. Fantastic product, so excited to see what comes next!

I was very excited about this Rocketbook and the inside works great but I’m disappointed that after about 2 weeks the front plastic cover has cracked along the binding. It doesn’t look nice to walk into meetings with a cracked notebook.

From sketches to write in notes for a podcast to make a grocery list. The Rocketbook can handle almost any of my daily goals and can help me accomplish my daily task. I would recommend to anyone who always needs something to write on.

A great Usage Referral!

A colleagues gifted the letter size to me with some of your clip pins. She showed me how to utilize it taking notes at meetings and filing under the appropriate electronic folder. I was so taken with the product that I purchased the two smaller sizes. I take church notes with the medium size one (roughly 8.5x 5.5) and grocery lists etc. with the small flip notebook. I have also purchased other pens and highlighters. It would be great if you would come out with a small square-shaped mist bottle to use with the towels for cleaning off the pages.
At this time I have helped my administrator purchase one, worked with a colleague to set up our Rocketbooks and am in the process of gifting to our roughly 32 AP teachers a Rocketbook and pens to begin their journey.
As you can tell, yes, I am rather taken with the versatility of the product. It has made what I do much more congruent…electronic and informationally accessible anywhere I am.
