Ice started forming on the freezer side

Ice started forming in less than a month of using it.

This refrigerator was a much needed necessity after my other had gone out in just under seven years. The only complaint I have is that things on the inside of the top shelf seem to be extremely cold. Other than that it is a little small however we are only a family of three. So it works out well for right now. The drawers in the freezer are a little flimsy that Has to be my biggest complaint. They wobble when you pull them out. They should improve the freezer drawer as you must be extremely aware in closing it in order for this to be closed properly. Thank you

Four service calls since April. Either condensation everywhere or everything freezes!!!!!! I'M TIRED OF THROWING FOOD AWAY!!!!!!

This fridge is two days in.....so far so good. My first refrigerator purchase for my home. It keeps its temp in refrigerator and freezer. Well pleased!

Nice look in our Kitchen

We have wanted a french door refrigerator for quite some time. We chose one that was counter depth as we thought it would have the best look for us. It does look great, but in hind site, it is also smaller on the inside. Good thing we are seniors, because if we had a full family, there is simply not enough room with this model. Other than that we really like the look and design.

Solid fridge

The compressor is a bit loud on this unit, but not in an annoying way. It doesn't bother us too much unless we're listening for it. The ice maker is a solid addition and I appreciate that they put a water dispenser on the inside to keep the sleek solid front. Also kudos to whoever thought of putting touch controls at the top bezel, that was nice. I will say that the ice maker tray feels like it takes a little too much room in the bottom drawer, but otherwise we're happy with this purchase
