We love our new GE refrigerator/freezer. It has a smart chrome finish and lots of great features like the filtered water dispenser inside rather than outside on the door. We couldn’t be more pleased with this product.

Generally like it but it is noisy. Only 2 brands had models that fit our needs/space and GE was recommended as more reliable with better customer support.

We love how easy it is to see everything that is inside the fridge. The glass shelves allow the lighting to illuminate every shelf and drawer. Everything is at eye level and there's no bending over to get food out because the freezer is on the bottom. We're comparing this to our old freezer-on-the-top, not well lighted fridge but it is a great fridge on its own as well. The compartments on the doors are adjustable and big. This 18.6cu ft fridge seems bigger than it is.

My wife is short and she is able to reach everywhere in the fridge due to excellent design, especially having the freezer and ice maker in a bottom drawer. The two door design for the fridge compartment means that space use is key to a minimum when the doors are open. And there is no difficult to keep clean ice and water through the door… but ample ice and also a press button filtered water source inside the fridge that is very convenient. Above all, this unit us remarkably silent unlike the unit it replaced.
