Almost perfect

This refrigerators almost perfect. The difference between a four versus five stars is the height between the shelves. In order to be able to put the milk on the bottom shelf, you have to take out one of the shelves or use the feature where the shelf is only half length, which also decreases the space in the refrigerator. For the price, I should be able put the milk on the bottom shelf there where it is most secure and use all of my shelves.

Very poor design

We purchase the appliances for the residents living in our community and this is one I would NEVER purchase again. I am glad to see that it has been discontinued. The reviews that have been posted are what this refrigerator is what I would have posted also. It is now just an expensive piece of metal sitting in our shop. I can't even give it away. Had to purchase a different one for our resident.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thing has condensation and ice constantly. Never had a fridge do this!

We needed a refrigerator that was only 32 inches wide and this one fit! We are loving the space inside of the unit and the convenience of ice and water from the door.

Great features but poor performance.

The fridge has great features but mine starting acting up 3 days after it was installed. One of the french doors was warped and started rubbing on the other door and scratched it. Also had a tech out 7 days after delivery and was told there is a communication error between the temp sensor and mother board. Fridge runs constantly and I had some higher temps in the fridge. Everything is covered under warranty but all the parts are on backorder and I don’t know when they will be back to fix it. Wasn’t expecting this on a brand new appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Screeching sound in drawers

the first refrigerator delivered was unacceptable. All the drawers made screeching noises when opened and closed. Second one delivered had the exact same problem. Returned that one too and ordered a completely different appliance from a different maker-no problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
