Waited 3 months to receive and was delivered with the side panel warped/bubbled. And ice maker doesn’t work. It is also very loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We first suggest reaching out to your dealer for further assistance. If they're unable to help, then for the ice maker we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) or by clicking here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Needs repair from day 1

This refrigerator has nicer worked properly from day 1. Ice and water don’t work. Been waiting on repairs for over month.

A true 33” Workhorse

We have the traditional 33” wide opening. I wanted a French Door with water and ice in the door. It took me months to find this one. Found plenty without water/ice in door. Thanks for making a really updated feature fridge in the tradition size. We’ve only had it a month and I’m hoping it will last a long time without repair issues. Also we LOVE the slate color option.

We searched high and low for this specific size fridge - we live in an older home and the spot for the fridge is smaller than most newer fridges today….to be able to have a new fridge with ice/water in the door that fits the space was a hard thing to find….but once we found it and it was installed, we love it! We went from traditional French door fridge/freezer that was hard to find anything, and now we’re able to keep the fridge much more clean/organized since there’s so much space….we love it!!

Right door is too light, closes on me all the time unless fully open. Bottom draw doesn’t slide open smoothly.

Waited over 6 months for delivery- definitely taking time to adjust from a side by side. The freezer door makes a lot of noise opening and closing. The right side fridge door does not stay open and I

We would recommend reviewing page 37 of the owner's manual to double check the leveling of the refrigerator for the issue with the right side door not remaining open --- https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000472-1.pdf -- It is not unusual for the freezer drawer to make some noise when opening and closing due to the weight of the drawer and the contents stored inside. Nice looking but broken on arrival

I waited 4 months for this refrigerator to be delivered and once it was plugged in an allowed to reach its regular temperatures, the refrigerator section was at 12°F. I basically had a refrigerator where both sections were freezers. There won’t be someone out to look at it until almost a month after it was delivered. This has been horrendous!

So far so good

The refrigerator gets cold quickly. The lights are nice to view the items in the fridge and I like the water on the door. It currently squeaks when opening the door but im hoping that once the seals are broken in that will disappear. Overall a nice unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
