Loud humming and vibration

Bought this in May 2021. Was not delivered until October 2021. We've had it a little over a month and now it's humming extremely loud. Sounds like a massage chair is running inside the refrigerator. We have checked all the troubleshooting steps and nothing is working to make it stop. Doesn't have an ice maker or water dispenser to be making these noises. Very upset with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent temperature settings

The only reason this model gets 4* instead of 5 is that the bottom freezer door is not practical in that you can't put a shelf on it for quick access. Should have stuck with the roll-open model instead of a swing door. Other than that, it's an excellent product.

Very unhappy with appliance.

Bought a year ago. Malfunctioned multiple times within 2 months after purchase. Temperature controls out of whack (products in fridge were frozen, freezer section accumulated ice slabs). Freezer door seal not sealing properly. Fridge made frequent loud motor noises.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Fridge for a tight spot!

We LOVE our new fridge. It’s more narrow than our last but it’s VERY roomy!
The only thing that would be better is if there was a shelf on the inside door of the freezer.
