Although I thought this was pretty much just like my old refrigerator, it lacks one important feature. When the door on the old one was left open, after a few seconds it would beep to alert you. This one does not, and the door is harder to close and falls open more easily and faster than the old one. Even allowing for the delays caused by the virus, it took SIX MONTHS to get this fridge, and that's with me checking every two weeks. .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems with handle staying on

The unit works as expected and has plenty of room to meet our needs, but the handle to the main refrigerator compartment will not stay on. We read the instructions before hand, and followed them carefully, but the handle pops off every few days. It has no set screw and is supposed to "click on" to plastic brackets on the door. But it fails to stay secure.
My other gripe is that the freezer shelf does on slide out, so it is very difficult to put things in the back of the shelf.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke after 7 months.

The solder gave way after only 7 months causing me to lose $150 in frozen foods and I had to get all my other stuff out of the fridge and put in garage fridge before it got ruined. The coolant leaked out slowly. Had repair out and it’s back up and running but I’m afraid to put food back in just yet. It will be staple items for now and a few frozen things. For the next week or so. I am hoping I get food reimbursement, on hold as I write this. Service guy was great. Only other thing I hate about this fridge is the door on the bottom on the website I bought it from didn’t show pictures so I thought it was a drawer not door. Missing so much storage this way. This fridge has only been out 1 year service tech said.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You should not have been charged for the service call to your home and the repair needed if am authorized service company made the repair and less than one year form date of purchase or as determined by service technician.
