Brite Lights!

I love the ease of seeing everything with the fridge on top. I dont care for the bottom freezer door being a right side hinged door type. I wanted a pull out bottom drawer and this is a visual trick on people.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to look for what you need

I love it! The bright light in the refrigerator and freezer make it easier for me to find what I want. It is the perfect appliance for anyone elderly because we are unable to bend low enough to get things on a low shelf. Everything is eye height! I only wish I would have gotten a drawer instead of a door for the freezer section. I have shown it to my friends and I think you may be seeing an increase in your sales of bottom freezer refrigerators!

nice, but some missing features

we love the fridge - quiet and efficient. I wish it had stain-resistant finish, a meat/cheese drawer, and freezer door shelves. We had to purchase a 30-inch fridge until our kitchen renovation - it is a bit narrow, but extra height helps with fridge capacity.
