Well designed!

We've had the fridge for almost a month now and love it! Simple, well-designed, and for our purposes - spacious. (We have an old home so most refrigerators today won't fit in our galley kitchen). We hope it will continue to be reliable. So far - it's been great and we highly recommend.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Temp issues

Temperature inconsistent. Can't get freezer below 10 degrees. Have had repairs on brand new fridge(new board), still hovers at 14 degrees. Tried all troubleshooting. Food in fridge vegetetable drawers freeze.

Disappointing freezer/refrigerater

I had this refrigerator installed yesterday. There wasn't any retailer that had a floor model the actually see the product before buying. There is no meat/cold cut drawer. The freezer door is not a drawer but a door that opens sideways, like the refrigerator door.
I would love to return it, but there is a 15% restocking fee. As retired, fixed income person, I can't afford to loose that much money.

Misleading product

bottom mount freezer should never be a door. It's should always be a drawer because being so low and to operate as a door, you literally have to crawl on the floor. I bought this not knowing it's the case since all the websites (except GE) never shown how the bottom operates and it looks like the typical drawer bottom mount since I've never seen the door version before.
