Very disappointed

Very upset with this cup you can’t use the straw because the suction is toooooooo tight that everytime you try to drink it, it gets stuck to your lip and etc. really wish they had replacement lids. It’s a cute cup and keeps drink cold.

The design is beautiful BUT…

I love the design and size of this bottle. So much so that I’ve told friends to buy this. Sadly, as it can slip when holding it, esp filled with water, it is kind of heavy and it’s prone to get dropped, which happened to me on the way to the gym. This caused the lid to get damaged from the fall, and unable to be used anymore. For the price, it’s a bummer. They do not replace any items with this scenario. Unfortunately, they don’t sell the straw lid separately either, so one is forced to buy a new one, or look for a similar brand that carries similar bottles. So overall, it’s a great bottle, unless it slips out of your hand. :-(

I wouldn’t waste my money on this cup! The suction is too tight that it sucks your lips every time you try to drink!!!’I wrote a review and the company reached out and even admitted to knowing the problem with this cup. However, rather than looking for a solution to the problem they just simply left at you should spend more money and order replacement lid due to being out of 60 day warranty. I never once asked for replacement I just simply wrote a review.

Do not waste your money, you can’t even drink the smallest sip without the suction sticking to you lip, it’s a strong suction. Reached out to the company about this problem they are aware and choosing not to do anything about it, but take down reviews.

Favorite water bottle

Want to love this in the worst way. Leaks water everywhere. Leopard design is so cute. If I put it in my warm bag everything gets soaked every day!

Perfect water bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The onyx leopard is stunning. It’s the perfect print that’s not too loud but still sassy and fun. Love this size bottle too because it fits in your cup holder and keeps your drinks cold for so long. The flip carrier is such a nice feature too!

Missing lid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of the same bottle. One for myself and one for my daughter. On the packaging it comes in it states it comes with two lids. When I opened one it only came with one lid. It also look like it had been opening before. It was not packaged like the second bottle I received. Very disappointing when it states on the packaging that it should come with two. I contacted customer support and all I was told was that the second lid has been discontinued.
I would recommend this to a friend!
