I bought my Serta Mattress-in-a-Box (twin, medium) on April 15, 2023. It was delivered in 3 days! The heavy-duty shipping box arrived in perfect condition. The mattress was compressed and rolled up, double-wrapped in heavy brown paper and plastic wrap, which was easy to remove with the included cutter. Once released from the plastic wrap, the mattress unwound on its own. It expanded to full form overnight without any coaxing from me. I wasn't sure the medium mattress would be firm enough to my liking, but it is perfect! ... not rock hard and not mushy soft. I'm a side sleeper, and it offers perfect support the length of my body. Now a month later, the mattress has shown no sign of sagging, and I sleep like a baby. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Serta never fails to make a quality mattress!

Off-gassing is pretty bad

The mattress is comfortable (leans to firm) but it gives off a horrible off-gassing smell like rubber. I assume it's the gel foam. We've had this nearly 90 days and it still smells despite airing it out. I have this for my child so I'm quite concerned.
