Have mattress for 3 years now. It's completely broke down. There is a hump in the middle that my and I fight to lay on bc our sides are caved in. Doesn't hold or form anymore. Keep your money. 3yr old mattress shouldn't need replaced already! There is no pros to this mattress but I was forced to click on one below

Lacks longevity

When I first got this out of the box and unfurled it, it was super comfortable. I was actually surprised at how well I slept on it the first couple of months of owning it. However it is already starting to sag and now I don't sleep on it nearly as well as I did when I first got it. Of course, the return period has passed so I'm stuck with this expensive huge mattress that will only grow less and less comfortable over time. Each night I can feel it sagging a bit more than the night before. Super frustrating that I paid this much for something that is essentially going to become useless in a matter of months.

This product is advertised as a “medium” on the hardness scale. It is way more firm than The firm memory foam mattress my parents have.

So convenient

This mattress is convenient to set up and cozy to sleep on. As a side and back sleeper, it has the perfect amount of support for my back. We bought this for the guest room but I sleep on it sometimes just for fun.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will not unfurl.

It has been four days and the mattress will not unfurl. The directions say two days. Last time I will ever buy a "mattress in a box".

Comfortable sleep ahead

Unboxing this amazing mattress was so simple and honestly fun!! I was amazed at how simple setup was!!! It literally just took 3 minutes to inflate. Setting up was super easy I just placed the mattress roll on top of my bed frame and carefully removed the plastic with the included tool and the mattress went right to work. In no time at all it was expanding and looking like a queen mattress. I was impressed with how fast it did this it almost seemed to come alive. It had a mild smell to it but not to overpowering my sinuses are sensitive to strong odors and this bed doesn't have a strong order. After the first night I slept on it I immediately noticed how I didn't sink down into the bed, my body felt supported and cradled especially my lower back and shoulders. It feels so good laying on it, its not overly soft or hard. I have been waking up every morning having slept through the night without waking up multiple times like I did with my old mattress. My body feels better too I don't feel stiff and sore and wore out when I get up every morning. I feel like I've rested and have renewed energy. I've also noticed that since I've started sleeping on this Serta mattress my back doesn't hurt nearly as bad when I get up in the morning. I love how much better I feel thanks to this mattress. I'm so happy that I decided to buy this mattress it was the best thing I did.
