Extra Power when needed

With my lawn, I have some spots that are thicker than the rest. The mover went into 'Extra Power' mode without me doing anything. Got thru it EZ'ly

Bought this as a gift to my son in law. He loved it, he got a decent yard size to the back of the house and maybe same or more to the front. He was able to do both on same charge. The extra power tool is perfect since I already gave him a combo power tool and a compact, now he can swap batteries as much as he likes. Think of getting one for myself.

I have been using the mower for over a month and it's a great purchase. The two comments I have are:
1. You need to let the grass dry before mowing
2. The discharge chute is on the rear of the mower. Would be better if you could also have a discharge on the side so you could use it without the bagger when you are not mulching.

Impressive upgrade over a corded mower. Cut quality suffers a bit compared to corded ir gas, but worth the freedom of no more cord!

I've used the new mower three times do far. Battery lasts through my yard with no issues which is about 45 minutes. Only minor issue I've had is that if the grass is even a little damp, the grass will not be expelled out of the side shoot. Sticks heavily on the underside and at one point stalled the engine. I know this happens with gas mowers as well but usually not to this extent. Other than that I love the advantage of not dealing with gasoline, oil changes, and gummed up carburetors. Also the vertical storage is great.
