THIS IS SECOND GREENWORKS MOWER PURCHASED. THIS MOWER DOES NOT SEEM TO HOLD A CHARGE AS LONG AS THE ORIGINAL ONE PURCHASED. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS TO HELP THIS SITUATION. I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED AN ADDITIONAL BATTERY.

We are sorry to hear about the experience you have encountered with this battery. The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life. Please know that our batteries are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the owners manual period from the date of purchase.

Had purchased a similar mower as a house warming gift for my daughter and her husband. Mentioned that I would someday make a similar purchase. Ordered this mower back on June 14th, as I couldn’t resist, or wait any longer. Now I can cut the grass at any time without being concerned about disturbing my neighbors! Lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the adjustable height lever makes my life so much easier!! Very pleased with this purchase to date.

Usually finishes off a 0.20 acre lot on one charge. Mower takes two batteries to operate. Charges quickly. Great power. Pretty sturdy. Love the triple bagger/mulch/cut feature.

Has enough juice to finish my whole yard then throw the batteries onto the trimmer and blower to polish and clean up. Really happy with this purchase.
