Excellent value for money. I was not sure about the plastic interior but it is so quiet. Dries beautifully no stains from hard water and the flush finish with the hidden panels gives me the clean modern look I was going for
It did not come with the correct clamps to install under granite, Which I had to purchase and install myself, wasn’t happy with Home Depot’s lack of follow up
Good functional dishwasher. Not too flashy and it has all the settings I need for my family. The washer is quiet most of the time. Initially it was a little loud at times but overall quieter than the one that broke down. I do not notice the noises that I first noticed upon the first few washes.
This dishwasher is nice looking and spacious but takes too long to cycle through cleaning and doesn't dry well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, and thanks for letting us know about the experience you've had with this model. While we're glad you've enjoyed the large capacity and attractive look of the dishwasher, we do regret that you feel the cycle time is too long and you've had an issue with drying. We know issues like that would cause concern.
The amount of time it takes to complete a cycle may be longer than it was in the past. Over the years the Department of Energy has altered the standards regarding water usage for appliances, and as a result the cycle time has lengthened to ensure the dishes still get the same quality cleaning performance. Our Design team will be advised of your concern for future review, and there are descriptions of the approximate time each cycle would take in the manual, if that may be helpful for you.
Regarding the drying concern, you may want to make sure the water is at least 120 degrees F; water temperature is important for drying performance. Using the Dry Boost option, or a rinse agent, can also help with drying. Further troubleshooting tips for drying are available in the manual, located here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-4000218-1.pdf .
We hope this information is helpful in resolving these concerns, so you can enjoy the dishwasher without further issues. We're glad to assist with any other questions or concerns - best wishes! -Sarah@GEA
