BLACK PRESENTATION FITS WELL WITH OTHER BLACK/STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES...SEEMS TO BE A LITTLE NOISIER THAN THE GE DISHWASHER IT REPLACED. HAS MANY MORE CYCLES THAN ITS OLD REPLACEMENT HAD. FIT IN EASILY INTO DISHWASHER SPACE.

Dissapointed...Is it common for the pump to go out after 2 yrs? The pump broke and leaked onto my kitchen wall condo to the exterior stucco. I've only had it 2 yrs.

Low budget advantage

After install we test run the washer for leak testing. During the test cycle we noticed that for a 55db noise it was quiet for that level and was quieter than the whirlpool that it replaced. We are satisfied with this choice on the budget we had with a medium style home.

Subject: Urgent Concern: Defective GE Dishwasher Undermining TM and GE Brand Experience
Dear [GE Appliances / TM Customer Support],
We are extremely disappointed with the performance and quality of a recently purchased GE dishwasher, which has been problematic since day one. The digital display panel failed to function from the moment it was installed, leading to immediate frustration and dissatisfaction.
This issue not only reflects poorly on GE Appliances, but also severely affects TM’s brand credibility, especially given the long-standing relationship and trust customers have placed in the GE/TM partnership. Such early failures are detrimental to the buyer experience and may damage customer confidence in both brands.
We hope GE Warranty services will address this promptly and professionally to help restore a positive perception. Given the "grandfathered" trust and expectations many customers associate with GE products through TM, we urge your team to expedite support and offer a resolution that reflects the standards both brands are known for.

I purchased my dishwasher in May 2025, and I love it! It's quiet and very efficient. My only two issues are with the tiny dispenser for the rinse aid. It's so hard to squeeze just a little bit into the opening when needed. Plus, I can't tell exactly how much is in there. I also think that the spacing on the bottom rack could've been done differently. But I love the attachment for wine glasses.

Drains and Dry Poorly

The dishwasher hasn't drained from day one. We just moved into our new build and cannot get the dishwasher to drain, the bottom filter area is completely full of water. It has been a week and the dishes are still not cleaned well nor are they dry. We end up hand drying all of the dishes. Very disappointed with a brand new dishwasher.

We are more than happy to assist you with the draining of this dishwasher. Since excessive water is remaining in the bottom of the dishwasher, there are a few things that can cause this issue which include blockage, type of detergent used, and installation.

Make sure there is not any paper or large object covering or blocking the sump area in the rear of the tub. Clear out any large pieces of food from the bottom of the dishwasher like noodles, lettuce, or bones. Check the drain hose where it connects below the sink for a blockage or a kink in the hose. New dishwashers come with a white corrugated drain hose which should be used. Also make sure that the kitchen sink is not clogged.

Using the wrong type or too much detergent can cause extra suds that can prevent the dishwasher from draining properly. Using a high quality detergent has a direct effect on the cleaning performance of your dishwasher.

If an air gap is not used with the installation of the drain hose, the dishwasher drain hose must contain a high drain loop for the dishwasher to be able to drain correctly. The high drain loop must be attached to the underside of the counter and attached to the sink at a specific height. Measure the height from the floor to the highest point of the drain hose and make sure the height matches what is recommended in your Installation Instructions which can be found at the link here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--o3qf-gw5--/492ab846f22e21cede3855223e99daa9f4a22306.pdf
