It's doesn't dry completely nor heats up really hot

It significantly improves drying performance, providing up to three times better drying compared to a heated dry option. Difficult to load

It is very difficult to maximize loading plates flip around and bowls need to take up space on top rack

This is a nice dishwasher. It cleans the dishes really well. It looks nice and it has areas to clean the filters that are easy to get to and maintain.
