The utensil compartment should have slots inside the walls ; the entire unit should have a hook to secure it to the side. The rack needs to be more flexible for adjustments to accommodate different sized objects.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We'd like to help offer tips that can help with maximizing the space of the racks. We recommend checking through our full loading guide on pages 11 through 15 in the user manual here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--EszXjA26--/2ee1c206fc195cd1717cedf8b41e2ab95579670c.pdf. This section goes over all the adjustments, and shares details about the best placement for each type of item.
If you are noticing issues with the unit not being secure, we recommend checking to see if your unit is completely level to the ground. This is typically performed during installation. You can find instructions on page 10 in the installation instructions here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--PcuHBDdc--/492ab846f22e21cede3855223e99daa9f4a22306.pdf
Furthermore, we will be passing your feedback about the utensil compartment over to our product team to review.
The door is wobbly and when I open and shut the top drawer it doesn’t connect in the back smoothly. Was installed by a professional plumber.

If you are getting grit or seeing spotting or filming on the dishes in your dishwasher, there are many reasons why this might occur. To remove filming from your dishes consider a vinegar rinse - https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38942. We'd also recommend cleaning the interior filter as described in the Owner's Manual - https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--EszXjA26--/2ee1c206fc195cd1717cedf8b41e2ab95579670c.pdf. If this issue persists, please call our GE Appliances service team - Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393 to schedule an appointment to have your dishwasher evaluated and repaired as needed.
We are very disappointed in this machine, we bought it just using pictures since one wasn’t available in the store. It is very “flimsy “ is the only word I can think of to describe it. The lower rack won’t stay in place and just flops all around. Because our sink is on an angle to the dishwasher there were only three machines that would fit is the reason we went with this brand.

We've only used it 3 times so far, but each time the dishes weren't dry completely. We had to towel dry before putting them away

We're glad to hear you're happy with the capacity, and we'd like to assist with the issue you've had with the dishes not drying completely.
We recommend making sure the water temperature is at least 120°F, using a rinse agent, and selecting Dry Boost. More information about what to check for an issue with drying is available on page 20 of the manual, linked here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--EszXjA26--/2ee1c206fc195cd1717cedf8b41e2ab95579670c.pdf.

Very noisy. It’s very light so the door feels like it’s not a good quality plus the racks are also very light and cheap.

Your feedback is extremely important to us. We will pass these comments regarding the door and racks along to our product team to review. We have provided some normal operating sounds for this dishwasher here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18157 .
Dishwasher leaked after installation because of a loose clamp on the discharge pump. This is unsatisfactory and a symptom of poor workmanship and quality control when products are assembled. Would have returned it but it was already installed. Very disappointed in the purchase.
