Followup: Excellent cleaning /POOR DRYING

Thank you for referring me to the "Poor Drying" info. I also read the Owner's Manual. In my original review I stated: "Air drying of top rack glasses, cups & mugs impossible. Significant puddles remain on top of these items. The top rack does not pitch these items so that most of the trapped water can run off."
The Owner's Manual shows a photo of model 535's top rack with glasses and cups properly pitched to maximize draining of trapped water. It is also obvious that the rack depicted is different than the rack provided in my model 535. I have included photos which show the difference. Please advise how I can obtain a replacement rack of the correct design.

This unit has many features that we are sure you will enjoy. We're pretty fond of the Steam and Sani option. It loosens tough soils before any cycle, virtually eliminating the need for soaking or pre-rinsing dishes. We can all use that!

Gets dishes clean and relatively quiet. No fancy smart options or features just a good dishwasher for the money. Only negative is the interior is a dark grey (our previous was white inside) so it is a bit dark in there but kitchen light is right over it so no issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Came with the new construction from the builder. Bare bones model. takes 4 + hours to complete wash cycle.
