The dishwasher makes a really loud whining noise at multiple points during its washing cycle we can’t figure out why

Efficient Dishwasher with Great Cleaning & Drying

Defective Machine, Won't Perform Consistently

This machine worked fine for about four months. After which, the performance started to decline. No matter what setting we put for the dishwashing cycle, the performance is no good. The problem is intermittent. Sometimes it won't wash, sometimes it won't dry, sometimes there's still soap left on the dishes. We have had three different techs come out. They connect a machine to diagnose the problem, but it says all is well. However, they did decide to increase the water temperature on my water tank by 10 degrees passed the factory recommended temperature required for the dishwasher. We have shown them pictures and videos of the results, but that has made no difference. There is no satisfaction guarantee with this purchase, at all. The executive team reached out and won't replace nor repair the machine either despite the fact that it doesn't do the job it is supposed to do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
