Nice unit

Very easy installation. Unit comes with drain hose but you will need a water supply line with garden hose connection on dishwasher side. Pretty quiet unit. Simple operation without a lot of bells and whistles.
The look of the product is nice. It is quiet and does a good job cleaning. However, the racks are very light and the bottom rack falls off the track. Doesn't feel study if not loaded with dishes. The racks are cheap. The utensil basket is cheap too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We will be passing your comments about the racks and utensil holder over to our product team to review. That way we can look for improvements we can add to our models going forward. Thanks again for sharing this.
Smells funny at first. I have run it twice and hoping the odor goes away in time. Takes about 3.5-4 hours to run on heavy with sanitizer. Run before going to bed.
Product stopped working after 4 months. Broken pump. Difficult to start and stop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As others have experience, this dishwasher leaks in the front. Insulation inside is soaked and leaks onto floor. I purchased a month ago.
