To achieve optimum wash performance, make sure the incoming water temperature is at least 120 degrees F. We suggest running hot water at the kitchen sink before starting a cycle. First run cycle never worked

Closed my house with builder on 3/24th. Moved in to stay in April 30th, ran first cycle first week, it never opened the dish detergent box. Stayed locked. Very poor quality, ran 4 times, same scenario.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
