Louder than expected

Although beautiful, it is louder than expected. In addition, there is sometimes a moldy smell. I have to prop it open for a day after running a wash to get the interior dry. I am using the highest level of drying. That alleviates the smell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Racks are horrible to load and it takes forever to clean, even on the 1 hour cycle. But it does a good job cleaning.

It is normal for many dishwashers to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. Dishwashers now run longer to ensure good wash performance but they use less energy while running. Also, by using less water, your water heater does not need to provide as much hot water and therefore is not using energy to heat more water.

This a replacement dishwasher. It isn't as quiet as I expected. Also I would prefer a front silverware basket for easier access. I do like the dry boost feature.

This model has a dBA of 55, so that will be between the sounds of a library and a moderate rainfall. We are glad you like the Dry Boost feature. It actually gets your dishes 7 times drier.
