Cheaply made , not insulated well , very loud when running. This is a builders model entry level dishwasher .

The dishwasher does an okay job. I only been using it for about a month. I know there is a dry boost, but the dishes are damp and I never feel them warm. The two hours cycle is too long.

Hey there- Thank you for sharing this insight with us. We are sorry that the cycles are taking longer than you expected. It is normal for dishwashers to run for up to two hours or more under certain conditions. Cycles times vary because of the clean sensors due to the sensor extending or decreasing cycle time and number of fills based on the soil level. Dishwashers now run longer to ensure good wash performance, but they use less energy while running. We're also very sorry to hear that the dishes are not getting dry enough with dry boost. We will make sure that we pass this information on to our design team. We hope as you continue to use your dishwasher it will exceed your expectations.
