Hello, We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with your new dishwasher. This model has some great features and the option to even purchase a 3rd rack if desired. When buying a dishwasher, it can be difficult to translate a decibel (dBA) rating into an actual "loudness" level in your kitchen. The lower the decibel rating, the quieter the dishwasher. At a 52 dBA rating this model will be slightly louder than the sounds you would hear in a library. The loudness of a dishwasher depends on the installation location, the cabinetry where it is located, the flooring, the countertop above it, and even whether the dishwasher is full of dishes or partially empty. If you are concerned about the noise level and feel there is an issue, please feel free to take advantage of your warranty and reach out to GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737. Thank you!

Not sturdy

The door is weak, the upper rack is difficult to align in position for washing, the lower rack is flimsy (i.e. wheels come off often, rack goes off tracks easily).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't get plastic

Very cheap - feels flimsy. Regret getting the plastic interior. My old one was stainless - should have paid attention when I ordered it.

I love the fact that this dishwasher is so quiet. I love the rack for wine glasses and that the silver ware dispenser can be removed if need be. It is very spacious.

Dishwasher is good. The length of time is quite long if you’re adding dry boost. It’s over 2 hours. It gets the job done without pre washing which is what I had to do with my old one. The capacity is large too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
