Do not like all the plastic in this dishwasher. Very cheaply made. Came scratched on the inside which shows white under the stainless finish. Have to do over a 3 hour wash to get dishes clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine at a Great price!

I researched online nearly every dishwasher out there and chose the GE dishwasher for its features, price and quietness most of all. I've had two others in my life-time and they were touted as 'quiet' but that was not the case once installed. The GE dishwasher has lots of extra features I only use once in a while, but they are great to have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This dishwasher works really well. I especially love the dry boost option. Everything comes out dry and hot to the touch unlike my other dishwasher.

quiet but cheaply made dishwasher

Dishwasher is very quiet. Shelves are plastic and flimsy so don't think they will last very long but it gets the job done. Also delivery person said dishwasher wouldn't fit and refused to install it (it slid right in and was same size as one we took out). we did get the installation fee returned so beware of the delivery people.
I would recommend this to a friend!
