I purchased this dishwasher to replace a GE one that was only 3 years old. The model I had has been discontinued, however, I needed to purchase GE again so the finish would match my other appliances. The dishwasher is very cheaply made, the door moves from side to side, if it weren't attached to my counter top it would slide out of the opening. It is very noisy and, even with the Boost, does not completely dry the dishes. If possible, purchase a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dishwasher, I just wish it dried a LITTLE better. I use rinse aid and put everything in upside down, sometimes the bottom of cups are a little wet. Other than that it seems to clean pretty well and get everything mostly dry.

I love my new dishwasher. It runs well. I will say I wish I would have known GE cannot install if they lose sight of the hose/cord. I had to use my insurance company to send someone to install. The package did not have the items to mount the dishwasher so I am having to buy separately and install myself.

We bought a new construction home and this appliance was an additional upgrade cost. We used it once and bought a Bosch. It’s ridiculously loud and once the heavy wash/dry cycle ended, we opened our dishwasher and everything was absolutely soaked as if we had opened it mid cycle. Do not buy!!!! Love my Bosch 800series dishwasher it’s quite and it actually dries my dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I have only done a couple loads since I live alone and I don’t accumulate a bunch of dishes. Maybe I still need to figure it out but all the loads have still been coming out wet when using the dry boost. I love its look and easy to see buttons.
