Good but not great

Dishwasher is made of a lot of plastic which helps keep cost down and makes the door feel flimsy. Installation was not difficult provided you have the items not provided (ie, 90 deg elbow joint and power cord strain relief) I would pay for those critical items to be included. Otherwise it runs well. This washer takes longer to run than a previous model I had. The hour cycle takes 2:44 hrs HUH! (The wash takes about 1:40 and dry about an hour.). Otherwise it does what it supposed to do. I do like that the top rack can be lowered to accommodate pots.

I’ve had this dishwasher for about a month. It cleans and dries very well, even greasy pans. It is a little loud, but I have a small kitchen so it may not sound as loud in a larger space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

gets dishes clean in one hour

gets dishes clean on one hour cycle, but plastics are still wet. i will try using a drying cycle. i was just using shorter time to save electricity.

The machine does not complete the job. On the occasions that we have used the dish washer, it has not cleaned the dishes completely and residue is left in glasses
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There may be a few reasons why this issue is occurring. First, please ensure that the inlet water temperature is at least 120°F; a low temperature can lower the effectiveness of the wash. Second, the detergent dispenser or wash arms could be blocked by large dishware.
