Recently installed and only used a few times but love it. Quieter than my old dishwasher and like the silverware holder much better.

Dishes come out wet even with dry boost

Exactly one year later and starting to have issues with dishes coming out wet, even with using dry boost. Not worth it.

This dishwasher is very cheaply made. I wondered when the delivery guy took it off the box truck alone. It doesn't clean skillets very well at all. I didn't see anywhere on any of the reviews that a "rope" helps close the door. As on other reviews, the bottom rack comes off the track real easy. The way the bottom rack is made, it's hard to place dishes. It needs another row of what I call prongs. I read on other reviews where the inside of their dishwasher was wet. Well, that is true. My husband was taking the dishwasher off the cardboard it was attached to and I seen water going on the floor. I gave him a cup and a total 16 ounces came out of the dishwasher and that didn't include the water in the water hose. My other GE dishwasher was made "way" better so I'm disappointed that the quality of this dishwasher is so poor. The insulation you put across the top and down the sides to help with the sound is a fourth the thickness as my previous GE dishwasher. This dishwasher is way louder than my previous GE dishwasher. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this dishwasher. We'll see just how long this GE dishwasher lasts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is normal for a new GEA dishwasher to have some water inside the tub or water dripping from the drain hose, as we test our models at the factory before they are shipped. We do take your concerns seriously and are grateful you reached out to us. Kind regards - Vikki@GEA
