Honestly have not had the product long enough to rate performance accurately. But so far, I find it to be of average quality, noisier than expected and approximately 80% plastic. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of plastic tubs versus stainless but you do forfeit some pros such as noise level and door strength. The plus sides are pricing, never rust and same features as high end dishwashers. I do wish this had a pre rinse cycle for the times you don't have enough to justify a long washing cycle. All said , I expect to get between 6 and 8 years of service from this unit. Mainly because I'm the only one using it. My Wife still likes doing dishes by hand !!!!!
