Good but already broken

We really like the new dishwasher, however, after using it only one time, the rinse dispenser does not dispense anymore

The rinse agent dispenser automatically injects the rinse agent in the final rinse water by mechanically tripping a scoop of rinse aid thru the rinse aid cap during the last fill for the final rinse. The dispenser container typically holds 4 1/2 oz. of fluid, or about a two-month supply (about 60 loads). A little loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed yesterday. Only did a test run & it’s a little on the loud side. It’s a very simple dishwasher. I bought the same brand 4 years ago & it just went out. I decided to try the lower model, I hope I don’t regret it.

Interior Racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model's interior racks don't roll as smoothly as the last model I had. They seem to get caught during the transition from the interior to the door. Otherwise I am happy so far.

We are glad to hear you are happy with your dishwasher so far. This is a really nice model. We recommend making sure your roller wheels on the bottom rack are on track so they slide well and pulling from the front vs the side of the lower rack will help.
