Infuriating & Dangerously bad design

This product has singlehandedly made me lifetime ban GE products from my household for as long as I live.
INFURIATING ROLLERS The roller tracks for pulling in and out the racks will 100 times out of 100, come off the tracks and refuse to smoothly glide back in.
If I wasn't renting - I would return this in a heartbeat.

Bottom rack too wide

The bottom rack is too wide for the machine. When you move the rack in or out it grabs the gaskets that are on the side that keeps the water in. You have to constantly be putting them back in place which is frustrating. My husband tells me that I can’t put a bunch of plates in it because it weighs the rack down and it pulls the gaskets out worse. What’s the point of having a dishwasher if I can’t fill it to capacity? The rack needs to be narrower so it fits in easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good very quiet. Things fit in the top shelf I could never get it in my other dishwasher. Everything come out clean and bright!

So glad to have another GE dishwasher

The gentleman that put in my dishwasher were extremely thorough and made sure that it was set up, absolute perfect and balanced, and they worked on it for a while and got it all done. Then they ran it through a cycle and everything looks wonderful. I don’t have any dirty dishes yet to put in it, but I think I am going to love it. I love the size of it in the inside. It’s very big extremely roomy. My last dishwasher was also a GE that I had for over 20 years and I was very very happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
