Poor rack design

Washes well, but the racks are not as good as my 20 yr old GE dishwasher was. I am not a fan of the silverware rack either

Useless support phone number

It leaves a scum on silverware and a glass baking pan.
The website doesn’t help. The phone we call for service does not get us to a person. The call back fails, leaves a phone number that starts us all over. No help

The door is flimsy and twists when trying to close with 1 hand. It does not get even lightly stuck food off the dishes. It does not dry them and the wash cycles are way too long for as little as it does. It just gets them wet...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
