At times when the cycle is complete there is water on the caps and dishes
The top shelf when packed with a few dishes drops down when you pull it out

Ran the first load with cascade platinum dishwasher pod and the glasses are not clean. Had to hand wash them to remove smudges, etc. This is not good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
