My last GE dishwasher was 16 years old. Only repaired it twice so of course I went back with the same brand. This model is a quiet and gets the job done efficiently. Which it was as big as my previous GE dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks so much for the positive feedback! This dishwasher has many features that we are sure you will enjoy. We're fond of the Steam and Sani option. It loosens tough soils before any cycle, virtually eliminating the need for soaking or pre-rinsing dishes!

Quality?

The dishwasher quality is poor. The packaging didn’t contain an owners manual for operation. The racks don’t glide back and forth like my GE profile. The first run left water standing. I would not recommend this product and would prefer a refund to find a dishwasher with better quality that actually dries the dishes. I’ve been brand loyal for 30 years and have only purchased GE appliances. I’m not sure my next purchase will be GE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to help out with the drying performance and racks not maneuvering for you. Some water remaining in the bottom of the dishwasher can be normal. However, if the dishes aren't drying, we recommend checking the following support article. It goes over how to maximize the drying performance. (https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451). Also, you can check this link to help with the racks not sticking on you. Takes a long time for the dishes to dry, even with temp boosted.

We are happy to provide guidance with this dishwasher. Dishwasher drying time is based off of the wetness/ moisture of the internal components, temperature of water, cycle selected, etc. It is not abnormal for dishwasher dryer times to be long.
