We already had a GE dishwasher but the mother board had started to show signs of failure. Rather then take a chance on an expensive repair we just bought a new one. This one works great but just in case we bought a three year protection plan to go along with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Average in all areas of a dishwasher. Somewhat loud, not at all quite in the front of the unit. Cheaply made front door.
