Loud and lack luster

The only reason I bought GE again is because my dishwasher broke and they are the only ones that make the slate color. Out of the 5 GE appliances I bought 5 years ago, I’ve had issues with 4. The Microwave light went out in the first month. The Profile, “Top of the line”, stove broke within two years (Luckily I was able to fix it myself). The dishwasher (Also a Profile) was trash and broke within 4 years and it limped along for another year; even after I replaced the motherboard with genuine parts at the end, it broke 3 weeks later. And the fridge sounds like a 747 ready to take off, also a Profile “Top of the line”. I would never recommend GE products to anyone! The customer service is sub par and the company only cares about their bottom line. Once the fridge breaks, I’m replacing everything with LG.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just had this installed today. Took them about 1.5 hours. So far, so good. Ran one small load to make sure all was working and there were no leaks. Pretty quiet and looks like it did a good job.

Upper spray arm has no connection. It cannot work.

I really wish this control panel were simpler. Sometimes I think I pushed start but forget to hold it down so it doesn’t run. Often the soap is not fully dispersed.

As for the soap not being dispersed, we can certainly understand your concern and would like to help. Usually, the trouble here is with dishes blocking the sprayer or detergent cup. Nice dishwasher

HI, I upgraded my 19 year old dishwasher. I like how this pefforms fso far. It is not as loud as my old dishwasher. We are trying to get used to the drying features. We are doing the dry boost mode and are hopeful the dishes will dry better. On the other modes the dishwasher is still wet even over night.
