A little loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed yesterday. Only did a test run & it’s a little on the loud side. It’s a very simple dishwasher. I bought the same brand 4 years ago & it just went out. I decided to try the lower model, I hope I don’t regret it.

Interior Racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model's interior racks don't roll as smoothly as the last model I had. They seem to get caught during the transition from the interior to the door. Otherwise I am happy so far.

We are glad to hear you are happy with your dishwasher so far. This is a really nice model. We recommend making sure your roller wheels on the bottom rack are on track so they slide well and pulling from the front vs the side of the lower rack will help. When it worked the cycles are very long but it stopped working a year ago and service man could not repair it. Multiple error codes primarily FTD
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
