Sparkling water

We love carbonated water, and have been buying liter bottles for years. Was at a friend’s house and they had a Sodastream product. We were impressed that we couldn’t tell the difference from the water we were used to and his sparkling water. He said he had an older unit and it probably wasn’t available anymore. Checked out the Sodastream web page and decided to try the Aqua Fizz as it had the glass bottles. So far we are delighted with the product. Ease of use, and tasty sparkles.

Wish these appliances lasted longer!

I have just purchased my 4th or 5th Soda Stream. We have two homes and therefore the Soda Stream sits for 5 months at a time unused. That being said, I keep having to replace them after too short a time. They sound like they're working, but no bubbly enters the water. Very disappointing....so I buy a new one.

Device works good. The co2 bottle that was shipped with it ran out in the first week drag!! Otherwise it’s good

Everything I’d hoped it would be!!

I originally got a manual pump machine, and could not get it to work. I contacted customer service immediately after purchasing it, they sent me a new CO2 tank hoping that would resolve the issue. At the end of the day, we assumed the machine itself wasn’t working. So sodastream sent me a new machine of my choice!! I picked this one specifically because it wasn’t manual. And boy was that an upgrade! I have the perfect fizz now and there is no guesswork! I recommend this machine, not only because it WORKS but because the customer service is so amazing in resolving my concerns that it made up for my other machine not working.
